Welcome to the Green Site of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce. Our goal is to assist the area business community in saving money though conservation efforts and help to reduce our carbon footprint at the same time. While the issue is global, California generates more Green House Gasses than any other state in the union. Helping the environment and saving money at the same time is something every business should strive to do and the concepts are simple:
- Find ways to use less electricity and natural gas in your business and your home. Encourage family, friends and employees to do the same. Click here for ideas on how.
- Find ways to reduce your consumption of water in your business and your home. And again urge others to do the same. Click here.
- Find ways to reduce the amount of solid waste that you generate.. ditto
